Non-production notice. This website exists only for security testing, security training, and similar non-operational exercises. It has no customers, does not process real banking transactions, and does not operate as a business. Do not enter real credentials or sensitive personal data unless your exercise plan explicitly requires it and you understand the risks.

1. Who we are (for this policy)

For the purposes of this document, “we” refers to the operators of this demonstration property. There is no actual credit union, data controller in the banking sense, or consumer financial services provider associated with this static site.

2. Data we might collect

A static site hosted on a platform such as Cloudflare Pages may still generate routine technical logs (for example IP addresses, timestamps, and URLs) as part of normal hosting and security operations. Those logs are governed by the hosting provider’s documentation and your organization’s agreements with them.

This demonstration does not include its own account system, cookies-based marketing trackers, or forms that submit to a first-party backend as part of the shipped static pages. If you add analytics, forms, or other integrations, you should publish a supplemental notice appropriate to those tools.

3. Use of information

Any data collected by infrastructure providers may be used only for operating, securing, and improving the service, and for the testing or training objectives agreed with your team—not for marketing to the public or for real credit decisions, because none exist here.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. In a test context, findings may be shared internally with security, IT, or compliance stakeholders as needed for the exercise.

5. Retention

Retention follows your hosting configuration and organizational policy. This policy does not create obligations beyond what your infrastructure and legal team define for a non-production asset.

6. Your choices

Because this is not a live financial service, there are no member privacy rights workflows (such as account closure or consumer report disputes) attached to this site. Direct questions to your exercise sponsor.

7. Children

This site is not directed at children and is not intended to collect information from minors. It should be used only in controlled adult professional contexts.

8. Changes

This text may be revised as the demonstration evolves. Material changes should be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
